Neeme Liivlaid, a serial entrepeneur, who currently devotes most of his time in Estonia-UK joint venture Goodson & Red governance, development and business consultning at Navirec Poland, has a diverse experience acquired more than 12 years of operation as an undertaking. After his first software company engaged in the aggregation of one of Estonia’s leading IT software company’s maintenance department seven years ago, Neeme moved into the property and real estate business. Four-year prospective Goodson & Red rose a leading provider of serviced DWELLINGS the Baltic countries, which together with the base Britts started a franchise-style full-service office building. Since¬†2005 Neeme has also provided investment advice and worked as a manager of investment holdings belonging to the Estonian private capital. Neeme was introduced to Polish market is 2009, when he together with business partners decided to take Navirec services to Poland.

Paavo Pauklin, has been the director of operations in Poland during last three years.

Paavo has been a key person in entering the Polish market by having a direct experience of business creation, recruitment and building the business in Polish market. Paavo coordinates all SPEC projects, manages local staff and cooperation partners. During the times spent in Poland, Paavo is hands-on expert who has gained significant knowhow and experience on local business culture and “differences”. Paavo is also responsible for business development for existing clients and finding new businesses in Poland. In his previous work life, Paavo worked in Helsinki, Finland, as an investment consultant and development manager for Tavex OY and as EU structural funds communication manager at Ministry of Finance of Estonia.
